These are measurements of size.
1 text character is a byte, a Kbyte is 1024 bytes , a Mb
is 1024 Kbytes, and a GB is 1024 Mb
Images are also measured in this way , for example, the
computer picture to your right is 9K in size , and a single
image can be larger than all the text on the page.

The amount of space required to store your Internet site.
The space required varies depending on the number of pages
and images used , and whether you use a database driven
site. A typical text page would be 10-20K , a graphical
page 50k. For example
